White food safe insulated cold room with a remote refrigeration system, discharging heat to outside. Providing quick access from the kitchen preparation area this cold room replaced the space of three upright fridges, reduced the heat in the kitchen and enlarged the original storage space. The remote refrigeration system provides excellent cooling performance with improved energy efficiency and environmental properties.
MK Projects installation of a custom sized chiller maintaining +1°C to +4°C for fresh open stock. The room was installed in an old brick store room to transform the space into a food safe cold storage room complete with remote refrigeration system and digital HACCP system control.
